MILWAUKEE ART MUSEUM SUMMER CAMPAIGN

Utilizing findings from audience surveys, we focused on creating a sense of practical inspiration to help draw less engaged audiences to the Milwaukee Art Museum (MAM) as well as our dedicated fans. To show potential visitors that things they already do and love are compatible with the Museum, we focused on the variety of artwork and activities on offer. The campaign contained a large group of niche targeted advertisements to reach people where they are with messages specific to their interests and situations.

This broad range of messages and art were woven together with the bold typography of the MAM brand, clearly defined negative space, and a bright, distinctive palette to complement the summer season. Multiple hues allowed us to select appropriate pairings for each artwork while a flexible grid allowed for no cropping of the art.
